(1) The main pipe line owned by the office will be repaired free of charge by the office. The goods and other expenses required for the repair of the pipe shall be borne by the consumer as specified by the office.
(2) If the pipe needs to be repaired according to sub-rule (1), the consumer should submit an application to the office by attaching the receipt of the previous month's fee payment.
(3) If the application under sub-rule (2) is received, the office will repair the water pipe free of charge.
